We recognize that many tapes are not recorded to the end and we allow combining tapes onto DVDs in 1 hour increments thereby making the overall transfer more economical.

Film deteriorates over time and the deterioration may get worse depending on the conditions under which the film has been stored. The color of the image on the film will fade & discolor sometimes making the film unviewable. Additionally the film will get brittle with age causing it to break in the projector.
